The neighborhood of Las Maravillas is located in Area 1, just east of the University of New Mexico Valencia Campus.  Currently, nearly 500 families reside there.  It is part of a master-planned community of some 750 acres. 

The existing line of Pulte Homes at Las Maravillas has been modified, and another line, exclusive to Las Maravillas, is under construction. 

VIA and its partner-builders, Pulte Homes and D.R. Horton, Inc., are nearly one-fourth of the way to the Las Maravillas community’s build-out. VIA is soliciting both developers and other builders for additional partners to share in the vision presented in that plan, and in the community building effort.
