VIA's Web Payment Process Beginning in Mid-April of 2004, VIA members will have the ability to check their assessment balances and make assessment payments using PayPal on the web site at www.v-i-a.org using the following procedure:
2) Upon reaching the Members page, click on the Account Status link that is just below “Welcome to the Member’s Page” or at the bottom of the page. 3) The next page will require you to enter your member id, found on your account statement. Enter your MEMBER ID in the box provided and click on the “Submit” button. 4) Your account information will be returned. It contains your name and address and your account balance. 5) If you wish to make a payment, press the “PayPal” icon or “Make a Payment” link. You will be presented with the PayPal web site, which will require you to set up a free account with them. Once your account is established with PayPal you will be able to pay your assessment fees with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or a personal American Express. With PayPal, you may also transfer funds into your PayPal account from your checking account. For more information about PayPal, go to their site at www.paypal.com. 6) Fees – in addition to your assessment payment, we will add a fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents to cover our costs. 7) Upon successful payment, you will be presented with a printable confirmation page you may use as a receipt.
